Academy Coach announcement
As a club we are delighted to announce a new addition to our youth and academy coaching team this season, with current Leinster Lightning squad member Mitchell Thompson joining us this season. Mitch will be working closely with the current coaching group to further enhance our ever improving youth section.

Indoor training starts Sunday 30th January in BIFE
Blow away the cobwebs and get down to our fitness and skills sessions, starting Sunday 30th January, from 1pm - 3pm in Bray Institute of Further Education (BIFE). All abilities welcome!

Adult training given green light
Following yesterday's announcement, we are delighted to announce that adult training will commence once more from Monday May 10th, with the potential for games to begin from Monday 7th June. This is great news for all!

Friday nights:
6.00 - 7.00 - Girls Youth training session - (Coaches - Rosie and Katie)
6.00 - 7.00 - Development Squad - (Coaches - Dave and Rowan)
Saturday mornings:
9.00 - 9.45 - Under 9s - (Coaches - Will and Thorfinn)
9.00 - 9.45 - Cubs - (Coaches - Phil C and Danny)
10.15 - 11.00 - Minor A (Coaches - Phil C and Venkat)
10.15 - 11.00 - Minor B (Coaches - Phil J and Mark)
